Fergus Truck Show Packs It In.
With a press release, a Facebook announcement, the Fergus Truck Show has come to an end.
“It is with great regret that the Fergus Truck Show will cease operations effective immediately and will not be hosting any future events.
“The Board of Directors would like to sincerely thank all of our volunteers, attendees and drivers that have come through the gates for the past 30+ years. It is with the utmost of gratitude and appreciation that we thank you for your support over these past years.
“To our volunteers – your contribution and commitment to the show is undoubtedly unwavering. It is because of people such as yourselves that we have been able to run such a successful event. Thank you.
“To our attendees – it has been our privilege to bring you the best of shows that the trucking industry had to offer. Thank you
“To our vendors – whether bringing us the latest in technology pertaining to the trucking market or the best fajitas in town, you never failed us. Thank you
“To our media personnel – your attention to detail always flawless. Thank you
“To our drivers – coming from across town or across borders, we wouldn’t have had a show without you. Your devotion to this industry is without question. We know that if we got it, a truck brought it. Thank you”
