Redwood Logistics to acquire Strive Logistics

 Redwood Logistics recently announced they will be acquiring Strive Logistics in order to create a multimodal brokerage firm that will manage more than $1 billion in freight. Both companies are based in Chicago, IL.

CEO of Redwood Logistics, Mark Yeager, said, “We see this as a major step in establishing Redwood as an industry leader and a transformative force in the marketplace. Strive has made significant investments in both its people and its proprietary technology and we are very excited to welcome the Strive team and its technology to the Redwood family.”

According to a statement released by Redwood on February 11, the combined organization will operate under the Redwood brand name with Strive CEO, Ben Greene, and President, Jon Provus.

Based on combined net revenue for Redwood, they would have ranked in the top 15 largest brokerage.
